TV PRESENTATION
In the TV studio, participants develop essential skills to:
- present a programme
- interview guests
- present a studio demonstration
PUBLIC SPEAKING
Participants will read statements, chair a press conferences, and answer questions from reporters.

COURSE MENTORS
Chrysanthos Tsouroullis is the CEO of DIAS Media, the largest media group in Cyprus. Chrysanthos is a pioneering news journalist and has more than 20 years of experience in front of camera. He is credited with bringing news broadcasts to a new era and making them more interesting, more vibrant, and more dynamic. Chrysanthos holds degrees in both law and journalism. He also holds a degree from Harvard Kennedy School in crisis management & mass media, and leadership in development of economic reforms.
Yiannis Kareklas is a renowned journalist with 45 years of experience. He has presented countless TV programmes,
news bulletins and radio shows and has covered presidential tours, important international news events, and all key phases of the Cyprus issue. Currently, he presents his own weekly political programme on Sigma TV and also cross-channel debate programmes. Yiannis holds a law degree and a master’s degree in public international law and is also the acclaimed author of three books which analyze the Cyprus problem.
Christos Michalaros is a well-known journalist in Cyprus. He presents both radio and television programmes,
including Mesimeri kai Kati, the daily news magazine programme on Sigma Television.
Munro Forbes is director of CMA and special advisor to DIAS Group. He is also a highly experienced media
production consultant and training executive for worldwide clients. He launches TV channels and offers training, mentoring and coaching for presenters and production staff. Previously, Munro was a TV director and producer at the BBC, ITV, Channel 4, Channel 5, and CNN.
For 25 years at ITN/Independent Television News as senior programme director, he directed news, special events,
election coverage, sport and quiz programmes, and chat shows, and was also a member of the Company’s crisis
management team. He received special commendations from the Independent Broadcasting Authority for
documentaries and outside broadcasts and was awarded the UK Royal Television Society’s team award for ITV’s
News at Ten. Munro has also been involved in numerous Eurovision events throughout Europe and was appointed by the European Broadcasting Union as executive producer of the Junior Eurovision Song Contest live event in Cyprus.
